Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Glimpsed Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our website and of Miss U More (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Miss U More is a one-button messaging service. You name exactly one other person by email; when that person also names you, you are Connected and can tap the button to send each other a “Miss U” notification. The Service also lets you set a display name and, optionally, enable AI-generated flavor text for notifications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the email address you provide belongs to you.

4. Accounts and authentication

Sign-in is passwordless. We email you a single-use link to verify your address. You may add additional verified email addresses; all of them access the same account. You are responsible for keeping access to the inbox(es) you use to sign in secure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• harass, abuse, or spam anyone;
• attempt to “farm” or run up Miss U taps in a way that degrades the experience for the person you connect with;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service’s operation;
• use the Service for any illegal purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that otherwise create harm.

6. Your content

You retain any rights you have to the display name and profile image you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to the one person you are Connected to, solely as needed to operate the Service. Avatars must not contain unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time by emailing build@glimpsed.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued operation would create legal or security risk.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIMPSED SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Continued use after the changes means you accept them.
